We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days. Messages sent on weekends will be answered on the next business day.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship exclusively to Australia.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (AWST) will be processed the next business day.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

Estimated total delivery time:

7–16 business days from the date of order.

Please note that carrier delays or peak shipping periods may occasionally extend delivery times.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Shipping options and any available upgrades are shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

You can also track your order using our Order Tracking page at any time.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return costs. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, uninstalled (where applicable), and returned in their original condition and packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost after reviewing the issue.

Please include your order number and photos of the item when contacting us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, UnionPay), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely using encrypted payment systems.

All transactions are protected using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
